How can I get my blog to go back to how it was and make it work properly?

  My blog screen has changed and it isn’t working properly.

  My blog screen isn’t working properly. The menu doesn’t show and when I type the next line in the post I am currently writing the spacing is incorrect, size of text is different, and it is in italics despite the italics being off. Would you give me back my old screen please.
