How can I get my blog to show excerpts?

  Is there a free way to get my blog to show excerpts of my posts on the front page instead of the full post?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Find “Screen Options” drop down tab, then check “Excerpt”. Find Excerpt box on the bottom of post page.
