How can I get my constant contact on my site?

    I would like to install a plugin for constant contact. I want people to be able to join my email list. I see that plugins are not permitted for my site. Why? How can I get an email capture on my site? Thank you.

    Hey there! You’re right — third party plugins are not allowed on WordPress.com sites. It’s a security issue as we can’t vet all outside code and it could put our users, their sites, and our servers in danger.

    However, I do have a solution that might suit you. You can collect email addresses via contact form:
    en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/
    This can be installed in your sidebar, on a post or a page.
