How can I get my fourth page to pop up on my menu bar as well as the other page?

I added a fourth page, but it isn’t showing up on my site and I want to eventually add more but I can’t even get the fourth one to show up.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Public – The page will be visible to everyone.
Protected – The page is protected with a password you set. Only people who have the password can view a protected page.
Private – Pages are only visible to blog Editors and Administrators. Private pages are not visible in Reader, feeds, or in any search. A page can be private without being password protected.

I can see a fourth menu item named “NPC Bikini Journey” showing now, so it looks like you were able to get this sorted out.
I also noticed that you set your custom menu to be both the primary menu and the social menu in the “Theme locations” section on the Menus page:

The social links menu usually points to social media like Facebook and Twitter and appears in the footer area of the Sela theme.
