how can i get my most recent post isnt first one showing

  I have my Reading settings set at “recent posts” showing, but still if there are multiple posts in a day, it seems that it shows the first post from the day and then the next and so on, rather than the actual MOST RECENT post. is there a way to fix this or is this a theme issue?

  How were these posts published? Were they published manually via the Dashboard, schedule, published via an app, etc?

  And the “Welcome to The Cheap Seats!” post was definitely published last?

  According to the Dashboard, “Welcome to The Cheap Seats!” was published Jul 7, 2011 @ 17:33 and “Why Jair Jurrjens Should Start the All-Star Game” was published Jul 7, 2011 @ 14:12.

  Is it possible that you may have adjusted the publication date later?

  “Welcome to the CHeap Seats” was the first one published, and “Why Jair Jurrjens…” was published later, but I’m betting that changing the time zone settings or something changed the publication date and that is the issue.
