How can I get my new cols theme to scroll down past the first sticky?

  I have just changed my theme to the Cols theme and all I can see is the front sticky. How can I get all the rest to scroll down

  It looks like you currently have your about me page set as your front page. If you want the front page to display your most recent blog posts then you can do that in Settings > Reading from your dashboard by following these instructions.
