How can I get my "new post" icon back?

  My “new post” icon (a white star in a red circle) has disappeared from the upper right-hand corner
  of my blog. We have followers, but they are not being notified of new posts when they are
  uploaded.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
