How can I get my old wordpress back?

  Hi all,
  I tried to set up a wordpress.com blog last year with the title ‘snarlsbukowski’. However, I was struggling to make time to continue to try and set it up due to family bereavement and work so I shut it down.

  Cut to last week when I decided I wanted to make a blog again for movie reviews and such – I typed in the name I wanted ‘snarlsbukowski’ and yet it said it was taken.
  I looked to see if someone had taken it, but it just shows that someone – ‘the author’ – (me – a year ago) has deleted it.

  So how do I get that blogname back?
  Shouldn’t the name ‘snarlsbukowski’ be free to use since A) I cancelled it a year ago and B) no one else is using it???
