How can I get my original website back?

ere I go again. I have had a site, pahumphrey.com, that I created on WordPress several years ago. It is hosted by Yahoo Small Business. A few days ago, I got an e-mail from Yahoo saying I needed to upgrade to the latest version of WordPress. I did that, but it removed everything from my site. I called Yahoo and restored all the files from a backup from two days ago. My site still comes up blank, though. According to Yahoo, everything is there. I need help. It is very irritating and very bad customer service not to have a way to speak to someone at WordPress for help. The help topics are all about how to create a new site. I need someone to restore the 20 plus pages I already had.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You’ve reached support for the free blogs hosted at WordPress.com. The site you’ve indicated, pahumphrey.com, is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).

To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. You can read more about that here:

Since your site is self-hosted with a different provider, support staff at WordPress.com do not have access to your site’s files or the ability to provide support for your current issue.
