How can I get my pinterest activity to be shown in my wordpress site ?

  I’m afraid we don’t currently offer the option to show your Pinterest activity on your WordPress.com site, but you are able to link to your Pinterest account by creating your own Pinterest widget. The article linked below explains how that works.

  I have found some pinterest widgets with a code… I am completely new to word press and the blog is hosted at wordpress… how do I upload the widget ? do I need to dowload wordpress to my mac ? if so do I need set up the local database… ?

  I have found some pinterest widgets with a code.

  The widget/code you found is designed to work on self-hosted WordPress sites, not sites hosted on WordPress.com. Here’s a bit more about the difference between the two types of WordPress:

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  To connect your Pinterest account to your WordPress.com site (https://deesigninspiration.wordpress.com/) your only option is to create your own static widget as explained here:
