How can I get my posts to show up immediately on Facebook? Individually?

I want my posts to show up immediately and separately on Facebook. When I look at my sharing options it says (shared) after my facebook choice. It seems like they go somewhere else and get posted to Facebook later. Help! Thanks, Marjorie Neset

Sorry you’re having trouble with Publicizing to Facebook!
Could you please tell me if you are publishing your posts immediately, or if you are scheduling them?
Also, can you give me an example of the discrepancy in time between when your post published on WordPress.com (provide a link to the post), and when it publicized to Facebook? To show me the Facebook post, please take a screenshot, so I can better understand the issue. You can simply upload the screenshot to your Media Library, like any other image, and I’ll be able to access it from there.
