How can i get my previosuly deleted blog address back ?

I have deleted abc.wordpress.com from my personal account and wish to add the same on my official email ID. How can i do this ?

The Admin link is https://telesole.wordpress.com/wp-admin/Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and their sole associated email address for that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.

If you are referring to registering any .wordpress.com deleted blog URL that is not possible. One has to ignore at least three warnings stating that deletion is permanent and irreversible and then click a verification link in an email to delete a blog. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.
