How can I get my profile picture to show up consistently?

    I am thinking about purchasing my domain here on wordpress..BUT I can’t get my new profile picture to show consistently here. Sometimes I can see it and sometimes I can not see it. Before I changed it I always saw my posted profile picture..What do I need to do so that my new profile picture will always show? I’d like to resolve that and then I will be ready to upgrade and purchase my domain here on WordPress..Thank you in advance for your time and help
