How can I get my transfer code?

    I can’t update my email address as the domain contact to get my transfer code. Under Domain Contact Information, I have no option to see the info nor edit any of it. My domain says it’s unlocked and private registration is disabled, yet on the Domain Contact screen it says it is private and I can’t even update the contact information.

    We were experiencing some issues with domains over the weekend, so could you try this again to see if you still have problems?

    You’ll need to go to the transfer domain page and check both boxes and request a transfer domain code before you are able to update the address, but after that you should be ok.

    If you still have trouble let me know and I’ll work with you to get this all fixed up!
