How can I get my URL back?

  I was trying to switch my URL to another account so I changed this one, logged onto my new account but now it says that the URL is still being used even though it is not. Going to the original URL states that the website is unavailable. I just want the URL on one of my accounts, it doesn’t matter which at this point…
