I want to put more descriptors in so that key words put into a search will bring up my blog details. How can I edit this on my account

Well, you should take the time to make sure your blog is verified with search engines such as Google. Here is a link to do that. Also if you upgrade your site and take advantage of the analytic tools it can help you increase your visibility.

You should also just self-promote through social media. So on your Facebook, Twitter and etc. When you go to websites you like and make a comment and such, include a link to your site.
