How can I get plugin in wordpress

    I am using WordPress.com for my blogging. I am looking for upgrading from the free version to premium. The thing I need to know is that do I get plugin option if I upgraded to premium ?

    While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:
