How can I get Publish to work again?

  I have been able to Publish and Schedule to Publish, in the past, and it is not working now. Is there a known problem or a workaround?

  I tried the Cookie Dance and am still unable to Publish. When I save as a Draft, the time/date stamp doesn’t update either.
