How can I get recent blog posts to appear on my home page

  My current home page is static, but I want it to show my most recent posts. I have gone to the’ reading’ settings to correct this, but no luck.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It looks like you have recent posts showing up on the homepage for http://countingonaccounting.wordpress.com/ now.

  Have you sorted out your issue, or are you still having difficulty with this?

  No it hasn’t.
  In other blogs, when looking through older posts, you can return to the most recent by clicking on ‘home’ tab. mine doesn’t do this. The home page is currently a blank static page.

  I didn’t realize you meant your menu link.

  It looks like while you created a custom menu, you hadn’t selected a menu by checking the box next to Theme locations: Navigation Menu. I’ve fixed that up so now your custom menu, with the correct link to the home page, is now working properly.
