How can I get rid of malware on my site?

  Bing.com tells me that there is malware on my site, http://stjev.org, aka http://stjev.wordpress.com How do I get rid of it? The message in their webmaster tools says:

  URLs with Malware
  This list shows a sample set of URLs for which we have detected malware. The harmful code may exist on the pages or on servers your page is linking or redirecting to. Fixing these pages is not enough: you need to make sure your entire site is malware-free and that underlying vulnerabilities that allowed your site to be infected have been addressed.

  They point out that this only a selection of urls which may contain malware. There are quite a few internal links within the site and the blog. Please help. Thanks.
