How can I get rid of "Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever"?

  I would like to get rid of “Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever”. If I were to buy the “no ads” upgrade would this get rid of this phrase at the top of my blog?

  I went to your blog and “Smile!…” is not in your header. It says, “a look behind the scenes at the Museum”.
