how can I get rid of this Default Picture and Text

  I would like to make my own Website, have everything ready like Pictures, Text…..
  but cannot get rid of this Default Picture and Text on the Side I choose.
  Can you Please help me!

  What default picture and text are you talking about? I see 2 posts on your blog.

  I mean the second post: ” The journey begins with this Picture of the Ocean”. This is the Default Text and Picture and I have no Idea at the moment how to get rid of it.
  Maybe I am just stupid and slow, but any advice is very appreciayed!
