How can I get the automatic site-updating to work?

I set up an address within WordPress to which I can send e-mail updates…. It has worked fine until recently. In the last week, I have found that some of the messages I send to update my site automatically simply are not “received” by the site. As a result, the site is not updated with the information I am sending to it.
How can this be fixed?

These folks are pushing Genetically Modified crops (GMO’s) onto the Third World in the name of ending hunger, much as the Rockefellers did with the ‘Green Revolution’ that was used to open world markets to chemical and hybrid agriculture.

=====================Unfortunately there are many more examples. It seems like something is “filtering” and stopping many of the posts I am sending to my automated e-mail address.
What is strange is that not all things are blocked. Some get through.
What could account or this? I think the format of the sent messages has remained the same. It is based on the “Mail to” function within the Firefox Web browser — which is the one I use.
What is so strange is that this worked fine until about a week ago. There would be an occasional slip up, but nothing like what is happening now.
Could it have to do with the total volume of posts on my WordPress blog. I think there are about 6,800 posted there now.
I very much look forward to any assistance or advice you can offer on this issue. I very much appreciate the “automatic” e-mail updating facility on WordPress, but if I can’t get it to work consistently, I may have to migrate to another webblog platform.
