How can I get the import to work?

    I’m trying to import files from xanga, but it doesn’t work.
    I think one import did work. But the rest of them are not showing up.
    I have received an email saying that it was imported, but when I went to check, it was not there.
    How can I resolve this problem?

    Hi there!

    You can only import one file at a time. So in the first step where you select a file, you can only select one file. Then you must click on the button to continue and wait for the email to confirm that the import has completed.
