How can I get the original discount bundle I signed up for?

I signed up a couple of weeks ago & selected the upgraded $99 bundle that offered the one time special discount with more options. I got busy & just now having a chance to get back to it to work on building my site, but realized that I don’t have access to everything in the bundle, it seems right now I only have the blog. And when I checked my account I was never charged. How can I get in touch with someone or get back to a page to get that original bundle offered..?
