How can I get the upload command to work as it has in the past?

  I can’t upload
  media files from my computer to the meadia library. I have done this in the past but when I click the import nothing happens.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Often that can fix a lot of issues.

  If you’re using IE 9, upgrade. IE9 no longer works with WP.com.
