How can I get urgent help from word press?

I need to talk to an engineers about the fact my website http://www.broadhayes.co.uk has disappeared from google searches. Help help help. Why can’t I talk to someone online?

Oh thanks so much! I had no idea there was a difference. So now am I linked to the same company, whether it’s org or com? I’ve opted to have my blog linked (or something!) on a page I found, eventually. And I’ve edited my page so it doesn’t have unrelated pictures on it, and I’m hoping it will appear on google search soon ….. but I don’t know how it gets “re-posted”, if that’s what happens. I’ve just saved all the changes I’ve made and I’m hoping for the best. Thanks again.

I’m just making sure you are clear on what follows. We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. That site is not among them and you are posting to the wrong support forum.WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG and need support for that site in the future and if you do not have a WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

Hi again.
It seems the site http://www.broadhayes.co.uk is registered with wordpress.com as is my blog moonbugqueen. I have spent ALL DAY updating my website on wordpress to make sure everything is in the right place and kicking out pictures which weren’t mine etc. However, I’m still stuck as I don’t know how to put this lovely revamped website up onto the internet! I subscribe to justhost so should I be contacting them? I think I would like to have the whole caboodle dealt with by wordpress so I don’t have to think about other stuff and hosts and things, and saw that wordpress recommend some. Would this be worth doing? Any help on how to get this site back up and actually looked at would be much appreciated.
