how can I get wordpress to stop emailing me every time I get a comment?

  Every time someone comments on my blog, wordpress sends me an email, I seem to be getting a lot of spam mail, so this is becoming very annoying. Help would be appreciated

  In your admin, go to Settings – Discussion and then uncheck the boxes under the “Email me whenever…” setting.
