How can I give access to someone to maintain ONE of my blog?

  Hi,
  Is there a way that I can give complete Admin control to one of my Blogs from the multiple blogs that I have hosted on wordpress?
  Currently I have a single userid and password to access all my blogs, but I wanted to give complete admin access to one of my friend who will take ownership and maintain the blog.
  How can I achieve that without giving him access to modify any of my other blogs?
  Any help appreciated.

  Go to Dashboard >> My Blogs and hover the mouse over the blog you need to transfer the ownership. You’ll see temporary links rising of “Change Blog Address” and “Transfer Blog”. Click on Transfer Blog, and check the box provided in next step. For rest see:

  Yes,
  they must have a wordpress.com account and then you add then as the administrator in your account:

  word of caution: making someone else an “administrator” gives them the full ability to alter or even delete a blog.
