@tsuryateja do you mean admin? You can grant administrative powers to users on that site with these steps:

And you can opt to add users as administrators when you add them, too.
Just be careful you’re not making your site vulnerable. Generally I’d recommend granting only the access the person absolutely needs to do their job, even if you trust them. That way if they accidentally leave themselves logged in, for example, your site will be more protected.
