How can I go Premium?

  Hi,
  we would like to consider changing to Premium but the page where I could do it doesn’t lead anywhere (http://store.wordpress.com/plans/premium/?ref=newdash-footer).

  – Where can I change to Premium?
  – Is there a billing possibility for corporate accounts (instead of paying by credit card)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can read all the information about payment here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/payment/ Those are the only options as far as I know.
