How can I have a customer pay for a event ticket on my blog?

  I need to add a PayPal account for my event ticket of 90.00 canadian Dollars on my Blog

  Unfortunately e-commerce isn’t possible here at WordPress.com. If you require e-commerce/shopping cart functionality, you might be interested in a self-hosted (WordPress.org) installation. There are no restrictions on e-commerce if you setup a self-hosted WordPress.org blog instead of a WordPress.com blog, but there are some added responsibilities.
