how can i have a forum in my own blog?

  Is that possible?

  If not, what is the best solution?

  With wordpress.com you cannot have a forum in your blog. However you can link to a forum hosted elsewhere. If the forum supports an RSS feed you can list the latest forum posts in your sidebar with an RSS widget.

  You can’t embed a forum in a WordPress.COM blog – you can link to an outside forum – use a custom menu or test widget in the sidebar
