How can I have a refund for a guided transfer?

Hello,
I just bought a guided transfer (129 euros) but I changed my mind and I would like a refund. I don’t find how to do on the support for this special option. Do you kwon how can I do? Should I send an email to support@wordpress.com? Thank you so much for your help!

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. Thank you timethief, but I already tried this and I don’t see my purchase in “my upgrades”, I only have a page to start the guided transfer so I can’t use the cancel link they are talking.

Hi there,
I see that someone already helped you with this refund via email. It may take some time for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.
