How can I have a tab/page that holds my blog posts?

Whenever I write a new post, the only place to find it on the blog is in very tiny letters at the bottom of the page that says “Recent Posts”. I’d like a header (page) on the blog that says Posts that takes me to them. How can I do that?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You have set “About” as your landing page, a static front page. But you have not chosen a page to be your dynamic posts page. Presumably you want “Church Experiences” to be your post page.

See steps 4 through 8 here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/
    Steps 4 and 5:
Title this page “Posts” (you can use your “Church Experiences” page)
Steps 7 and 8 are the key steps to getting your posts page live.
