How can I have a wordpress.com account when I already have a wordpress.org site?

  Hi,

  I’m not a technical person so please bear with me.
  I have a new blog hosted on WordPress.org http://gocbaybong.com/ (I believe) . I can log in through http://gocbaybong.com/wp-admin/.
  (Bought domain name via namecheap then installed wordpress via softaculous)

  How can I have a wordpress.com account for that site?
  I currently have a wordpress.com account under (email visible only to moderators and staff) email / http://countdowntony.wordpress.com/.

  I really like the *MY SITE* dashboard look and it includes stats and a community, people can follow each other. How can I have this same wordpress.com dashboard for http://gocbaybong.com/wp-admin/?

  Use the “WP Admin” link near the bottom of the menus

  (There’s no such thing as a “blog hosted on WordPress.org” – you appear to be “self-hosted” on NAMECHEAPHOSTING.COM )
