How can I have more likes than views on my posts?

    My stats don’t seem to be updating correctly. I consistently have more likes on a post than I have views for the day. Anything you can do?

    Hi there,

    My stats don’t seem to be updating correctly. I consistently have more likes on a post than I have views for the day. Anything you can do?

    Unfortunately, likes, follows, shares, and reblogs, are not considered “page views” and not counted in your site’s stats. This is because it is possible to perform these actions from within the WordPress.com reader, and a user does not necessarily need to “view” your site to like it.

    For this reason, your site stats, and other stats like “likes” may not agree with one another.
