How can I have my Ultimate Member form appear for a specific purchase?

    I need to display an Ultimate Member form for my WooCommerce customers who purchase a particular product in my store and only for them. I have WooCommerce handling accounts, but I need a specific form that I don’t think I can add with just WooCommerce. I have four packages on my site: three downloadable and one membership. For the membership product, I need the UM form to display after purchase.
