how can I have my virtual assistant get into my account?

  I have made her an administrator and sent an invitation. How does she login?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I see that you sent an invitation to a user in February, and it appears that they have not accepted it yet, and we are still waiting on that confirmation to add her to the site.

  You can verify this by going to Users>Invite New and then looking under Past Invitations.

  You have the option to resend the invite, and as this much time has passed I recommend doing that. Also you may want to contact the other user and have them keep an eye out for your email, as it may be going to the spam folder inadvertently.

  She does have the invite. when she clicked, she gets the login page and when she enters her info, she still doesn’t get access. I’m going to see if I can get her to post here with you directly.

  That would be a great help, and would allow me to move things along, as I would need their permission to add them to the site, since the email activation does not seem to be working for her.

  What is the trouble you are having? Sounds like you are getting the invite email, so the trouble is when you click on the confirmation link? What happens on your end?

  Also, do you consent to have me add you to the site? I can do that from my end if you like.
