How can I have search identify particular words or phrases?

  improve search. I am starting new into wordpress.com (2 days ago). I would like to search for particular words or phrases in my current blog or in archived blogs, preferably have them highlight or some way that I can see the results of my search. But seems the search widget does not do that. Is there any way I can improve my searching with wordpress.com or am I going to have to switch to wordpress.org in order to have access to plugins?

  That level of customization is a bit beyond what can be accomplished at WordPress.com.
