How can I have the same menu that I have on PC, but for mobile?

Currently, I’m using a WordPress plugin to display a mobile menu (I think it’s called a burger menu), but I’d like for the one on mobile to be the same one on pc. If I disable the plugin, there is simply no menu at all on mobile. Any help would be much appreciated.
