How can I help someone else make changes to his site?

  Trying to help a friend make some changes to his WordPress business site hosted by NetworkSolutions. Can I simply use his NetSol and WP passwords to make the changes from my computer? Do I need to download any software or tools to my computer?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
