How can I help this user to access my blog jitterycook.com?

    User complaining she can’t access blog.

    I’m having trouble opening “JitteryCook”…don’t know why. I tried to unsuscribe and it won’t let me…can you do it from your end and then I will resuscribe…it’s very weird. It arrives with some other text, the background colour is yellow and when I try to open up the rest of the blog it won’t let me….
