How can I hide my name?

  how can I make sure my information is hidden? I was responded to in a comment and addressed by my last name when I’m trying to remain anonymous. I’m in a lawsuit with children involved and for their safety wish to remain anonymous.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Don’t comment on other peoples’ websites. When you do, the blog owner can see your email address and IP addresss.

  If you’re more skilled, you can use a proxy, VPN, TOR etc to cloak your IP and log out of WP.com and use a throwaway email address.

  Okay, thank you for that information. I’m not concerned about my IP address, but my email does consist of my name, so I switched my settings. I don’t suppose that previous comments I’ve made will have the information updated? Probably not. Anyway, thank you for addressing my problem so swiftly.
