How can I hide pages in the navigation bar for specific pages

Essentially: I’ve started a project which handles issues within my school, I’m also going to start a project which handles requests from students. From this — I’m hoping to unify them into one big program. As a result — I was hoping I could have these two projects on the same website. However, they need to have different about, contact, home and blog pages on different navigations bars.
So on the main website — all I want in the navigation are the names of the two project. When you click on one, it takes you to: (domain).com/(project1). However, that specific page must have a navigation bag with different sub pages: home, about, blog etc. How would I get around doing this; I.e: configuring each page to have different links in the navigation bar?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
