How can I Import a blog from squarespace into a basic (free plan) site/blog?

  Importing a blog from squarespace into a basic (free plan) wordpress blog account.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can export your SquareSpace site to an xml file and then import it into your WordPress site.

  HI! Except I have the free version of WordPress and when I am in my dashboard I cannot see any section that is marked tools.
  All that is there is:

  Publish
  Blog PostsAdd
  PagesAdd
  Personalize
  ThemesCustomize
  Menus
  Configure
  Sharing
  PeopleAdd
  Plugins
  Domains
