  Hi there,

  Are you trying to import to http://thecollegestudy.com/? That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software. That software does not come with a Blogger importer pre-installed, but you should be able to install it by going to Tools ->Import in the dashboard.

  For more help with importing to that site, please post in the self-hosted WordPress forums instead. We’re not able to help you here.
