How can I import files from another wordpress blog when having an errror message

  Hi team,
  I am trying to import a xml file from another WordPress blog (https://equinedentistrybyronbay.wordpress.com/)
  and can’t get passed this message:

  Import WordPress
  Processing…
  We’re processing your import now and will send you an email when it’s all done. If you don’t hear from us within 24 hours, please contact support, and we’ll get everything fixed.I didn’t receive an email jet.

  I tried a couple of times, waited more then 24h.

  What can I do?

  Hi there. The imported gets stuck sometimes. I’ll tag this thread for staff to take a look for you. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and be patient while waiting.

  I’ve just cleared that for you. You may need to import that file again.
