How can I import my blog posts from my WordPress blog into my WordPress website?

  I want to import (I think) my blog posts from edventureintl.wordpress.com onto the newsfeed of my website http://www.edventureintl.com (also through wordpress).

  I got as far as clicking on “tools”, and “import”, but I don’t understand what this instruction means:

  Upload your WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file

  Can you help please? Thank you!
