Hi there,
Yes, you can import the XML file either zipped or unzipped. You can drag the XML or zip file into the upload box and it should generate the content on your site just fine. For more information, please visit:

@infogreenhillvineyardscom can you let us know how you generated the zip? It does need to be a WordPress export, rather than a full cPanel backup, for example. Or if you’re starting from another platform you’ll need its proper export file.
We have tips on importing here:

I downloaded the zip from my Prosites dashboard. I am using Godaddy Prosites to manage the site — it looks EXACTLY like the ManageWP Worker plugin.
-
Please try downloading the export file from Tools > Export in the site’s Dashboard instead.
That is the only WordPress export file we support.

No, it’s at Tools > Export, inside the WordPress Dashboard: https://wordpress.org/support/article/tools-export-screen/

But I have WordPress through Godaddy Prosites…. so since the backups stopped 2 weeks ago, I only have access to the backup from Prosites… Help!!!

Just to be sure, if you open or unzip the folder you downloaded, does it contain the XML file?
